The wine

This wine is crimson in colour, and on the palate it reveals aromas of red fruit balanced by the freshness we expect from a Pinot Noir. Its silky and elegant structure brings a pleasant finish.

About the Producer Domaine Georges Mugneret-Gibourg

Domaine Georges Mugneret-Gibourg was created in 1933 by Jeanne Gibourg and André Mugneret. Their son, Georges Mugneret, took over the domaine and expanded it. Marie-Christine and Marie-Andrée, the daughters of Georges and Jacqueline, now run it. The vineyards are distributed over the appellations of Nuits-Saint-Georges, Vosne-Romanée, Chambolle-Musigny, Ruchottes-Chambertin and Clos Vougeot. The wines of this domaine have a very classic style and its quality has improved a lot in recent years. The cuvées can be presented under two labels, Georges Mugneret and Mugneret-Gibourg.
