France has always been a popular market for Knockando. Its single malt perfectly embodies the Auld Alliance between France and Scotland, even adopting certain practices from the world of wine and cognac, such as the “Extra Old” appellation and vintage. It is therefore possible to trace the development of Knockando's style, characterized by bourbon cask maturation, across the decades by focusing on four pivotal ages, 12, 15, 18 and 21, all bearing a vintage.
