Castelnau is a hundred-year-old Champagne brand that brings together 22 cooperatives, that is 750 members and 149 wines across 900 hectares of vines. The cellar master, Elisabeth Sarcelet, has a team of oenologists behind her that craft each cuvée with the utmost care, with a minimum of six years of ageing in the cave for the Réserve cuvées and ten years for the vintage cuvées.
