About the Producer Château Fougueyrat
Located in north-west Saint Emilion, the soil is mainly gravel mixed with aliotic sand (containing iron residues). A selective approach is applied at every stage of production. The objective is to obtain fruit that is as ripe as possible through intensive canopy management and by waiting for optimal maturity in each plot before picking the grapes.
