A wonderful macerated Champagne offering a rich aromatic bouquet and a delightful freshness.
More infoThis macerated rosé Champagne from the Les Juliennes is a single-variety Pinot Noir grown in brown limestone soil. The grapes undergo a short maceration period of 20 hours in whole bunches, followed by alcoholic fermentation in barrels and earthenware jars. Ageing on lees then occurs in oak barrels and jars, giving the wine a remarkable structure and complexity.
On tasting, this wine unveils a delicate pink colour, heralding a rich and varied aromatic bouquet. The notes of red fruits, strawberries and cherries, as well as hints of rose, cream and yeast blend together harmoniously, enveloped by a chalky minerality. This rosé Champagne stands out for its balance between structure and delicacy, offering a rich and indulgent palate of aromas. Its finesse, freshness and length on the palate make it great for an aperitif or indeed to pair with a gourmet meal.
