The Les Pampres cuvée is made from an ancient grape variety called Aramon, which was once one of the most widely-grown grape varieties in Languedoc. This fresh and fruity wine is an ideal aperitif.
More infoLes Pampres is a wine produced from the Aramon grape variety. At one time, Aramon was one of the most widely-grown grape varieties in Languedoc, but it has almost completely disappeared over the past decades. Located on the Massif de l'Arboussas, the terroir is composed of limestone and pebble soils. Vinification is carried out traditionally by directly pressing the grapes which allows the winemaker to extract their delicate aromas and to get a beautiful pale pink colour with cherry-red highlights. After the grapes are harvested by hand, the juice is aged in tanks to preserve its freshness and its fruity aromas.
The nose opens with delicious notes of strawberry, raspberry and pomegranate, adding a touch of sweetness to the wine. On the palate, the texture is soft and balanced, offering an enjoyable yet controlled experience. This rosé is ideal as an aperitif and once opened, is best when consumed immediately to benefit from its lively freshness. This wonderful wine is the perfect accompaniment for those moments when you need to relax or want to spend time with loved ones.

About the Producer Mas Laval
Mas Laval is a family-owned domain in Aniane. Christine and Joël Laval took it over in the early 2000s. The vineyard covers 30 hectares, planted with Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon, old Carignan vines and even some Aramon; and for the white wines, Chardonnay, Viognier and Roussanne. The vines are cultivated sustainably; in the winery, vinification is traditional and natural, with as little intervention as possible. The various cuvées are matured for 8-18 months in lightly-toasted Burgundy barriques. The wines from this domain have made enormous progress, in particular now offering very silky textures.
