Romain Ott is a fourth-generation winegrower, devoted to the production of well-balanced, organic wines. Ott trained as an agricultural engineer and specialised in oenology, bringing new energy and enthusiasm to the domaine when he took over in 2000. The wines here have a distinct identity: consistently expressive, elegant and balanced. There are just 60 ha of vineyard among the estate’s 560 ha sprawl, which also includes several hectares of olive groves.
