        Château de La Grangerie

La Grangerie is a former monastery that was converted into a château in the 18th century. It was bought by a Bordeaux ship-owner in 1791, then by the great-grandfather of the current owners, Antoine and Robert de Langalerie. The ageing cellar is located in what would have been the monastery’s chapel. La Grangerie also produces Agen prunes from the prune orchards that surround the monastery.
