        Dartigalongue

Located in Nogaro, in Bas Armagnac, Dartigalongue was founded in 1838 by Pascal Dartigalongue, who had been born into a family of winegrowers. The Armagnacs use three grape varieties, Ugni Blanc, Baco 22A and Folle Blanche. Continuous distillation is completed at a low degree (58%) to preserve a maximum of flavours. The spirit is then aged in Gascony oak casks in dry or humid cellars depending on the aim of cellar master Ghislain Laffargue and vineyard director Benoit Hillion.
