Patrick Goudard took over the family farm in 1988. Building on the success of the farm’s multi-crop farming activities, he supplemented it by planting vines within the Saint-Joseph appellation. This marked the beginning of a new adventure.
After a number of years, his wife Isabelle joined him to anchor viticulture as a lasting part of the estate. In 2023, they shared their expertise with their daughter Camille, who gradually took over the work in the vineyard. That same year, Domaine Goudard et Filles was born. The seven hectares have recently been certified organic. Here, Syrah reigns supreme and is the sole grape variety of the estate. The vines grow on the steep slopes of the commune of Tournon-sur-Rhône, north of Valence. They face east, with a breathtaking view of the Rhône. Camille produced her first vintage in 2023. A dynamic estate worth discovering without delay!
