        Fallet-Crouzet

Michel Fallet, now 85, began developing the family business and selling the wines produced at the estate in the 1960s. In recent years, his two daughters have taken over the reins of the vineyard, keen to preserve the unique, traditional expertise they inherited from their father. Today, the family estate spans five hectares of Grand Cru vines on the finest terroirs in Avize. The youngest Chardonnay vines are 50 years old, while the oldest are almost 80 years old. In the winery and in the vineyard, each stage of the winemaking process is meticulously carried out by hand, following strict specifications, to reflect all the aromas, finesse and power of the terroir. Over the years, the estate has become a leading vineyard, contributing to the haute-couture reputation of the Champagne region.
