However, two leading figures, Sergi Ferrer-Salat and Raül Bobet, have joined forces with the ambition of creating a wine in the Burgundy style. They own vineyards in Porrera, one of the cooler areas in the Priorat region due to prevailing winds from the north-east. The vines are managed in an environmentally friendly manner without the use of weedkillers or insecticides.
