Hugo and Pauline Villa inherited their father’s passion for the wine world, where he worked and loved to talk about it. It was during these enriching and warm conversations that the children were introduced to the basics of winegrowing. After completing a Higher Technician’s diploma in wine and oenology and a obtaining degree from Supagro, Hugo honed his skills in the vineyards of Burgundy and on the terraces of Larzac. Meanwhile, Pauline graduated with a first master’s degree in business and management and a second master’s degree in the international trade of wines and spirits. She decided to join her brother in the family business in 2021, having gained valuable experience in the cellar and in the south of France. The siblings also set up their own vineyard in 2022, where they carefully and diligently cultivate varieties with strong identities, such as Syrah, Viognier and Marsanne.
