        Michel Fallon joined the renowned Domaine d’Anselme Selosse in Avize, a picturesque village on the Côte des Blancs, more than 20 years ago. In 1974, Anselme took over the reins of the family vineyard, implementing a very low-interventionist approach in both the vineyards and the cellar. A true Jack-of-all-trades of the vineyard, Michel Fallon spends his time working both in the vineyard and in the cellar, honing his already extensive expertise. Over the years, he has gained a deep understanding of the estate’s philosophy and commitment, where applies the same principles as his in-laws. In 2008, the opportunity arose for him to vinify a few rows of vines himself. Michel Fallon tends his vines as naturally as possible, just as Anselme taught him. Each year, he crafts his own limited, fragrant cuvées, much to the delight of Champagne wine enthusiasts.
