Tucked away in Neuville-sur-Seine on the Côte des Bar, the domain was established by Hannah and Raphaël back in 2015 when they decided to take over the family vineyard. Raphaël, a native of Meurville, and Hannah, of German origin, met in Bordeaux in 2012 while he was honing his skills at Château Pape Clément and she was working at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Today, the vineyard cultivates eight hectares of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, planted in charming hillside plots. After a three-year conversion period, the domain holds its organic certification. Sustainable and balanced viticulture methods were fundamental to the winemaking couple, who are determined to nurture this terroir. Each cuvée is produced on a parcel basis, to preserve the personality of the fruit and the terroir. Vinification is low-interventionist, resulting in remarkable cuvées that reflect all the wealth of this exceptional terroir.
