Italy | 1995 vintage
An exceptional late autumn season helped shrug off the memory of a very poor summer. This vintage while not abundant was good, or very good even, featuring average ageing potential and the most interesting character since 1990 and 1997. Red grape varieties that reached maturity at a later stage emerged as exceptional.
