At the helm of L'Oustal Blanc are an impassioned pair, Claude and Isabel Fonquerle, who have been working in the business since the early 2000s. They have built a reputation for themselves over the years, thanks to their eagerness to conserve native grape varietals, to harvest by hand and rigorously sort the stemmed grapes, as well as their methods of vinifying harvests from the old Grenache vines in open barrels.

This powerful, complex red wine offers a well-rounded expression of notes of black berries, undergrowth, smoke and mushrooms. A certain generosity is offset by an attractive vivacity. This is a wine for pairing with meat dishes: tender, grilled or in sauce.
