With 225 hectares under vine and representation across 130 appellations, not only in the Côte d’Or but also in the Mâconnais and Beaujolais, wine lovers can expect genuine pleasure at every price level, always easily identifiable by the iconic Bacchus head on the label. The estate favours traditional winemaking methods, with slow fermentations and extended ageing. Chemical herbicides are prohibited and yields are strictly limited. Latricières-Chambertin of Maison Jadot is matured in oak barrels for about 18 months. It exudes intense aromas of red fruits, violet and spices. On the palate, we find strength combined with a certain finesse, silky tannins, a nice balance and a very good length. This wine is perfect when paired with casseroles.
