Jean-Yves Devevey created Domaine du Bois Guillaume in 1992. The vineyard extends over just over 6 hectares between Rully and Beaune. Since 2002, he has also bought grapes from neighbouring appellations which he vinifies himself. Jean-Yves Devevey has progressively established a culture which respects the environment and the individual terroir (there are no fertilisers, herbicides or chemical insecticides and a global, sustainable approach is taken to cultural practices to reduce them as far as possible).

This white wine is élevaged in oak barrels for 12 months and has a beautifully clean construction.
