Thomas Pico spent his childhood in the village of Courgis. His father and grandfather, also wine growers, passed on their passion for the great Chardonnays of Chablis. In 2004, after completing a diploma in engineering, he took over 8 hectares of vines, which he immediately converted into organic farming and created the domaine of Pattes Loup. His wines are models of elegance and among the best Chablis wines.

Produced by Domaine Pico, the Chablis in this wine is grown on the hillsides around Courgis, where the property is based. The vines are around 50 years old and yield a delicate, lively and refined Chablis with citrus notes. Its delightful minerality make it ideal for pairing with seafood.
