Thomas Pico spent his childhood in the village of Courgis. His father and grandfather, also wine growers, passed on their passion for the great Chardonnays of Chablis. In 2004, after completing a diploma in engineering, he took over 8 hectares of vines, which he immediately converted into organic farming and created the domaine of Pattes Loup. His wines are models of elegance and among the best Chablis wines.

The visual aspect of this Chablis from Domaine Pattes Loup is light yellow with green glints; the nose offers citrus, linden and white fruit. The mouth is full bodied and rich. Its lemon and grapefruit aromas are complemented by an attractive bitterness.
