The estate favours traditional winemaking methods, with slow fermentations and extended ageing. Chemical herbicides are prohibited and yields are strictly limited. Gevrey-Chambertin Premier Cru of the Clos Saint-Jacques of Maison Louis Jadot is a wine of great complexity and rather fleshy.
