Of the many Colins in Burgundy, Domaine Marc Colin is perhaps the most famous. This Saint-Aubin estate asserted its reputation thanks to its high-flying whites. The winery has an impressive collection of terroirs in Chassagne, Puligny and several works of the mythical Montrachet. It is now his children, Caroline and Damien, who are at the head of the estate but they remain loyal to the property's identity. The quest for precision and accuracy is impressive, whether in the vineyard, during vinification or in the élevage. The red wines are also of a very high quality. Saint-Aubin Premier Cru En Rémilly is a high-quality wine which affords immediate pleasure. It is élevaged for 10 months in French oak barrels. Its bouquet expresses aromas of white and yellow fruits and citrus. The palate lends generosity and a perfect balance, with a refined tension.
