About the producer
In Ladoix-Serrigny, domain Edmond Cornu null cultivate around 15 hectares of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Aligoté. Today, Pierre Cornu manages the domain, with the advice of his father and help from his cousin Emmanuel Boireau. Together, they cultivate vines using sustainable methods and favour gentle vinifications, producing refined, elegant wines which are as good today as they are after a few years of aging.

Fruity, flavourful and elegant, this red Burgundy is a wonderful introduction to the domain’s savoir-faire and can be enjoyed in its youth with simple dishes.
