The Château de Marsannay has 28 hectares on the most beautiful terroirs of Marsannay (Champs Perdrix, Clos du Roy, Les Longeroies, Les Echezots, Les Grasses Têtes, Les Crais and so on). It has belonged to Olivier Halley (Château de Meursault) since 2012, who has invested heavily in the property. This seems to have paid off and nowadays the Château de Marsannay’s production is very interesting

Les Longreroies is élevaged (1/3 new ) for between 16 and 18 months. On the nose, it releases aromas of red and dark fruit with some very light wooded notes. On the palate, the tannins prove to be extremely silky and the length is very noticeable. At the table, this wine pairs very well with hearty meat stews
