Domaine Chevillon, in Nuits-Saint-Georges, was created in the 1900s by Symphorien Chevillon. Since 2003, the brothers Denis and Bertrand have been running this 13-hectare farm. Although the domaine is discrete, its wines are no less famous and sought-after (especially for export). They are characterised by very beautiful fruit, subtle élevage and great finesse.

Nuits-Saint-Georges Les Vaucrains presents aromas of fruit such as plums and blackberries. On the palate, this is a well-structured and full-bodied wine. To truly enjoy its full potential, this cuvée should be aged for around ten years.
