About the producer
Clos Lefèvre is a very small Loire domain which produces excellent cellaring wines, as our recent tastings of old vintages attest.
About the wine
After many years of keeping, Clovis Lefèvre's dry Vouvray develops an attractive golden colour somewhat reminiscent of a sweet dessert wine. After a little airing, it develops seductive notes of exotic fruits, quince and truffle. It is an extremely complex wine to be enjoyed with gourmet dishes.
