Beaune Premier Cru Theurons is aged in oak barrels for about 18 months. On the nose, it expresses aromas of red fruits (cherry, gooseberry), mixed with subtle notes of liquorice. The red fruits are found on the palate, with a very delicate, well balanced, ample and very long substance. This wine can pair with a wide range of meat dishes and many cheeses.
