    Information
    About the producer

Chantal Rémy is a Burgundy estate that comprises around one hectare of vines, nestled in the heart of the iconic Morey-Saint-Denis. Originally, the vineyard came from the Louis Rémy family estate, which was divided into several properties. Chantal Rémy, aided by her son Florian, cultivates iconic regional grape varieties, such as Pinot Noir, with the goal of showcasing the region's finest appellations. Aware of current environmental issues and with a concern for the protection of biodiversity, their work – both in the vineyard and in the cellar – is carried out with the utmost respect for the soils. Each parcel receives special care carefully tailored to its needs, allowing each personality to shine through. The wine is produced using low intervention methods with only a minimal amount of sulphur added. This Burgundy estate offers authentic, indulgent, and fragrant cuvées that reflect the exceptional terroir of the region.

    About the wine

This appellation was Napoleon’s favourite. The wine is ruby red in colour with hints of vermillion. The nose is discrete with vegetal notes and little, red fruits. On the palate, its attack is lively and frank whilst remaining elegant overall. It is full of energy with an opulent side.
