Bouchard Père & Fils, founded in 1731, is one of the most important houses of Burgundy. Owned by Henriot Champagnes since 1995, this house has considerably expanded and is now one of the best merchants of Burgundy. This house also has its own domain of 130 hectares.
About the wine
This Monthélie is matured in oak barrels for 8 to 14 months. It delivers a rich and complex with fruity aromas. On the palate, it is supple, delicate and pure. The wine has good aging potential and pairs well with game.
