This cuvée comes from a plot belonging to Maison Louis Jadot, planted in 1970. It is aged for 18 months in oak barrels. On tasting, it combines finesse and intensity and offers up aromas of almond, honey, as well as mineral notes. This gastro wine will pair with fish as well as crustaceans, or some cheeses.
