La Perrière is a parcel located in the heart of Gevrey-Chambertin, whose vines are around 55 years old. The cuvée is raised for 16 to 18 months in new casks. It offers aromas of cherry, notes of mocha, tobacco and sweet spices; the palate is ripe, dense and powerful, with fantastic length. Pair with game or other meats in sauce.
