Vinifications are gentle (slow, direct pressings for the rosés), the élevage for the domain’s reds are long (between 18 and 22 months depending on the year). Muriel Giudicelli produces a Muscat of great aromatic purity. This is made from a particularly tasty grape variety: Muscat à petits grains.
