Having been present in the Mesnil-sur-Oger region for 7 generations, the Gonet family produces particularly mineral champagnes which reflect the terroir from which they are produced. The domain spans 19 hectares, with two thirds of Chardonnay and one third of Pinot Noir. Today, Pierre Gonet manages the domain and Chantal Brégeon Gonet supervises the commercial and export side of things.

As its name suggests, this Champagne contains only Chardonnay grapes, giving it an unparalleled aromatic freshness. It thus features white fruit, citrus, white flower and mineral notes. The delicacy and refinement of its bubbles are highly attractive.
