Information
Situated in the heart of the Côte de Beaune and spread over three villages (Savigny-Lès-Beaune, Pernand-Vergelesses et Aloxe-Corton), this domain was bought in 1834 by Countess Chandon de Briailles. It has been belonged to the same family ever since. A pioneer of bioydynamics in the region, the domain is also known for its élevages using very little new oak. These wines, perfectly suited to cellaring, are sought-after for their refinement and delicacy.More information : Read the article about domain Chandon de Briailles on the blog
The Gewurztraminer from which this cuvée is produced is grown on limestone soils and vinified in stainless-steel vats. This vinification allows the grape to retain its finesse and typical notes. The mouth expresses a lovely minerality as well as a finish with delicious bitter notes. Enjoy this wine with spicy foods, regional cheeses or fruity desserts.
