Situated in the heart of the Côte de Beaune and spread over three villages (Savigny-Lès-Beaune, Pernand-Vergelesses et Aloxe-Corton), this domain was bought in 1834 by Countess Chandon de Briailles. It has been belonged to the same family ever since. A pioneer of bioydynamics in the region, the domain is also known for its élevages using very little new oak. The Chardonnay vines in this cuvée are cultivated on a top quality, fully south-facing terroir of white marl. The wine has a mineral, floral and fruity style (stone fruits) and although it is delicious in its youth it becomes even more complex and aromatic after a few years in the cellar
