In 2002, Sébastien Bobinet took over his grandparents’ 1.8 hectares of vineyards and founded the estate that bears his name. Committed to producing wines in harmony with nature from the outset, he chose to tend his vineyard organically. In 2007, Sébastien discovered carbonic maceration. Three years later, he expanded the estate beyond two hectares. In 2011, his partner, Emeline Calvez, joined him, enabling the estate to continue its expansion while remaining firmly committed to natural winemaking.
