Jean-Claude and Noël safeguard the 17-hectare property created bit by bit by their grandfather Pierre Ramonet in the 1920s, a Burgundian figure. Noël (in the cellar) and Jean-Claude (in the vineyard) took over the domain in 1984. They are the third generation and want to get the best out of the terroir. It is one of the most renowned domain of the appellation for both quality and finesse of its wines.

A mythical Burgundy domain, Ramonet has here crafted a Chassagne-Montrachet premier cru with great finesse. Expressed in the wine is the beauty of its terroir and the delicacy of the Pinot Noir through a palate that is silky, fruity, and particularly persistent.
