About the wine
A molasses-based rum distilled at the Diamond distillery in the Port Mourant double wooden pot still. This still is the only of its kind in the world and was first installed at the Uitvlugt distillery after Port Mourant closed, before being moved to Diamond in 2000. Aged for 9 years, this rum was bottled by the British independent bottler That Boutique-Y Rum Company. Bottle number 11 of 461.
