About the producer
This château belongs to the Janoueix family which became connected to the domain at the end of the 1860s. Jean-Philippe Janoueix who embodies the fourth generation, has built up a fine portfolio of PDO of the right bank such as Saint-Emilion Grand Cru and Saint-Georges-Saint-Emilion. The domain is recognised for its meticulous work and the way its terroir is enhanced.
About the wine
Cap d'Or charms us with its sensuality embodied through floral and fruity notes, its freshness and minerality. A light woodiness complexifies the whole, endowing it with wonderful texture and good aging potential.
