A very old Jean Fillioux cognac blended from spirits produced with grapes grown in Grande Champagne, the most prestigious cru in the appellation. The cognacs have been aged in barrel for at least six years, although it is likely they are much older. The family emblem is a cock, which is depicted on the label.
