Information
About the producer

P&M was created when Jean Claude Venturini (Domaine Mavela) teamed up with Dominique Sialelli (the Pietra brewery). Located in the heart of the Eastern Plain, in Aléria, Corsica, the distillery opened in 2016 and the first whisky was released three years later. It is run today by Jean-Claude’s son Stefanu Venturini. Whiskies are aged in Corsican wine casks and Mavela also produces spirits and liqueurs made from Corsican products such as myrtle, citron and sweet chestnut.

About the wine

A P&M Corsican whisky produced at the Mavela estate with mash from the Pietra brewery, matured for seven years in oak casks from the Tronçais forest previously used for white wines and muscat from the Gentile estate. A limited edition of 6,600 bottles.
