Originally trained as a trumpeter with the French Republican Guard, Jérôme chose to return to his family’s winegrowing roots, bringing renewed energy to the estate. The vineyard extends across around four hectares, spread over some of Burgundy’s most prestigious appellations, including Gevrey-Chambertin, Morey-Saint-Denis, Chambolle-Musigny and Clos de Vougeot.
