Information
Grand Cru Vaudésir lies in a prominent position along the right bank of the Serein, in the heart of the Chablis vineyards. The Chardonnay vines climb on steep slopes with thin soils. Despite these difficult conditions, the vines succeed in extracting all the minerals they require to produce a deep, intense and airy aromatic profile for the cuvée. The harvested fruit undergoes fermentation in casks, with no new wood. Following malolactic fermentation, the wine is matured in stainless steel vats before bottling. The golden colour reveals an initially discreet nose characterised by soft notes of summer fruit. The dense and voluptuous palate reveals delicious notes of white and yellow fleshed fruit complemented by a mineral frame building towards a deliciously long and fragrant finish.
