Information
Château de Bonnezeaux, managed by the Saclier de La Bâtie family after centuries of history with the Prévost family, covers a vineyard where some of the Chenin vines are over 50 years old.
The work on the vines is carried out with the greatest respect for the soil and biodiversity with each parcel receiving care and attention tailored to its needs. In the cellar, they employ low-intervention vinification processes, involving only a minimal dosage of sulphur that allows the grapes to naturally reveal their aromatic richness. The wines develop a beautiful freshness and aromatic complexity that reflect the unique character of the Bonnezeaux terroir.
Each cuvée is the product of a subtle balance between tradition and modernity, emphasising both the technical precision and the natural expression of the fruit. This estate offers authentic and accessible wines that remain true to their style, giving enthusiasts a unique and memorable tasting experience. With their constant commitment to the environment and the respect of the soils, Château de Bonnezeaux embodies a responsible and sustainable viticulture, rooted in history and focused on the future.
