Information
An incomparable grape variety of the Burgundy wine-making region, Pinot Noir is able to brilliantly replicate the subtlest features of its terroir. The Pinot Noir vines, with an average age of 35 years, grow on clay and limestone soils, enjoying the benefits of healthy viticulture that repsects the principles of organic farming. The grapes are harvested entirely by hand at optimum ripeness to protect the fruits as much as possible. After being transported to the cellar, the grapes go through vinification using minimal intervention to optimise the natural expression of the terroir.
The intense red colour with bright glints unveils a nose of great finesse marked by aromas of red fruits and subtle, smoky notes. On the palate, a wonderful balance is created between elegance and intensity leading to a long and flavourful finish. This is a cuvée that offers good ageing potential.
