Information
At an altitude of around 300 metres, the Chardonnay vines take full advantage of their south-easterly orientation, which provides them with ideal sunshine for viticulture. The soil, composed of mostly marl and a small amount of limestone, provides each vine with the resources and nutrients it needs to thrive. The vines, with an average age of 45 years, are exclusively harvested by hand at optimum ripeness to preserve the quality of the intense and concentrated grapes. In the cellar, the grapes are vinified using the purest of Burgundy traditions, involving very little intervention.
Its pale golden colour with shiny glints unveils an intense bouquet marked by floral aromas, alongside hints of vanilla and hazelnut fragrances. On the palate, its incredible purity reinforces the gourmet aromas of the nose, enhanced by a smooth texture, leading to a long, rich finish.
