Information
The Tempranillo grapes grow on two types of soils. One vineyard is flat, shallow and stony, while the other one is on slopes of marl and limestone. Such diversity brings great richness to the grape varieties, which thrive on the benefits of organic farming. The grapes, nestling at an altitude of between 500 and 700 metres, are harvested entirely by hand. In the cellar, fermentations occur naturally using indigenous yeasts, and the wine is then matured in tuns and casks for around 14 months.
The deep ruby colour reveals an expressive bouquet with complex, elegant aromas of red fruit. The rich, flavoursome palate reveals a fine balance between fleshy tannins and luscious, fruity aromas, leading to a deliciously long finish. This wine may be enjoyed in its youth or following a good few years of cellaring.
