Information
Owner of around two hectares of vines in Burgundy and one hectare in Savoie, Antoine Petitprez also runs a small trading business that sources grapes from partner winegrowers. The Chardonnay vines enjoy all the benefits of biodynamic viticulture. No chemical fertilisers or weed killers are used in the vineyards, so as to preserve the natural cycle of the soil and biodiversity. This enables the vines to draw all the nutrients they need from the soil for their development. In the cellar, the harvested grapes are vinified using a natural and low-intervention method. The grapes are fermented using indigenous yeasts before being bottled without fining, filtration or the addition of sulphites.
The golden colour makes way for an expressive bouquet, revealing aromas of yellow fruits and notes of hazelnuts and almonds. The fresh and indulgent palate delicately leads to a flavourful and fresh finish.
