Ming, who was born in China in 1987 and has a passion for wine, settled in Burgundy in 2007. Inquisitive and determined, he enrolled at the Viticultural Secondary School in Davayé and went on to obtain a bachelor’s degree in vine sciences from the Dijon Vine University Institute. His lifelong dream became a reality in 2019, when he set up a micro-merchant business offering around 3,000 bottles of the region’s finest appellations. Vintages from Aloxe-Corton, Meursault, Pernand and Bâtard-Montrachet are exclusively available to his loyal Chinese clientele, who supply the country’s finest restaurants. Established in Meursault, the House currently offers some 5000 bottles of pure, elegant whites and elegant, fruity reds that capture all the secrets of the Burgundy terroir. Ming leaves nothing to chance, from the selection of the grapes to the design of the cuvées and the creation of the labels. He exercises perfect supervision at each and every stage in the production of his superb cuvées.

These Chardonnay vines, nestled at an altitude of between 280 and 450 metres, cut across the slopes of the valleys, which have ideal west-facing exposure and benefit from perfectly balanced sunshine. Each parcel is carefully cultivated to enhance the natural expression of this incredible region. The Hautes Côtes de Beaune appellation, officially founded in 1961, is renowned for producing generous, rounded white wines that reflect the strengths of the Chardonnay grape and its terroir. Once harvested, the grapes are vinified in the purest Burgundy tradition, with minimal intervention and minimal amounts of sulphur.
The elegant pale colour, tinted with light golden glints, is intensified by a powerful bouquet of white flowers with indulgent notes of honey. The delicate and concentrated palate reveals nuances of gingerbread while retaining the grape varieties’ amazing freshness, leading to a generous and long finish.
